On a recent trip to US I got upgraded to business on the flight
from Helsinki to Copenhagen.  So my dry sandwich and apple juice
were included (SAS now charges for those in economy on short flights).  
Amazingly, though, they only served coffee, no tea.  They appear to 
really be trying to cut all non-necessary costs.  Even the movies 
on the longer flight were ancient - Gladiator, anyone?

Oh the good old days when even in economy you got a shoe box containing
cold spaghetti even between Helsinki and Copenhagen.  With hot, or at
least warmish, tea.
