I've never heard of the guy, more im****tantly I've never eaten one of
his weird concoctions. For forty quid I'd expect the waitress to be

Having been up *very* early this morning (oo-er, missus)[see my post
further up the thread^] I decided to go for a little spin in Grace - I
returned from 450 miles on fast back roads (listening to Bill Wyman's
Rhythm Kings, mostly) to be informed that roast is off and I should
think myself lucky to get crab cakes for dinner. I'll leave a note next
time.
Mumble, mumble ... all the thanks I get for not waking her up before the
crack of dawn ... mumble ...
