Have you heard of that Hester Blumenthal who does bacon ice cream and
snail mash and stuff. They gave him a michelin star,. whatever that
means. About =A340 a course minimum probably. For food which wouldn't
dirty the plate.


He's trying to convince us that coffee and basil go together like a
**** souffle', but coffee and  something else odd works.
