I've just been reading "Feeding a Yen" by Calvin Trillin (which I
recommend). He's talking about "pan bagnat", a kind of sandwich you can
only get in Nice, and says of one person who makes them, "Theresa is one
of
the few I found who understand that the word 'overstuffed' when applied to
sandwiches is a compliment".
