     I would expect that your legal rights in regards to tinyurl are
limited to having tinyurl remove the forward.

    I doubt anyone would dispute that.  However, given that Jonezie is
seen my most, if not all, as the lying bigot he is, I doubt you'll be
able to claim any actual damages against him with an expectation to
win anything.
