Alliteration is the repetition of consonantal sounds at the beginnings of 
words.  That would be something like

   Alliteration is a *ch*eap *ch*ance for *ch*umps to pretend to literacy

The repetition of the short 'i' in *i*lliterate *i*mbecile is called 
assonance.

It's ad homine*m*.  "Ad" is a prepostion meaning against and takes the 
accusative, in this case of homo,hominis meaning "man," in the sense of 
person.

An ad hominem argument is one that is against the person making the 
argument and not the argument itself.  In other words, an ad hominem 
argument says "You're wrong because of who or what you are."  For example,

if I say, "The FISA law is bad because George Bush is for it." that's an
ad 
hominem argument.  FISA is bad law regardless of Bush's stance on it.  
Saying otherwise is a good bet but a fallacious argument.

Notice that abuse isn't an argument at all, let alone an ad hominem.
