You presume wrongly! The Dutch have had a Dutch version of the 5 disk
set (tin box) in stores since December, but *only* at Free Record Shop
outlets, who before now had an exclusive contract for the movie.
Now, why nobody publicized this exclusively contract is beyond me, because
if you don't use it for publicity, there's no actual benefit for
restricting
a release.... Same thing's happening with the new soundtrack set in
various
countries (including Amazon's exclusive deal for the States...)
