I wanted to change my wallpaper. I have one of the official FC
wallpapers from WB, the one with Deckard hanging from the I beam, which
shows a ledge for him to stand on...hanging from 2 fingers, me arse!!!!
So I do a google image search, and I am truly amazed at the very limted
and pretty rubbish set of results it returns. Especially when you limit
the results to very large images. When you consider how many screen
grabs for the blu-ray HD-DVD there are out there, Google is just not
picking them up in it's search.
Yahoo is just as bad, while they do have more photos from the film, they
push their own products, so half the results on each page are images
from "flickr", and they are generally just some lame city nightscape
that someone has named "Blade Runner", and they also don't give the
pixel size of Flickr images, and when you are looking for very large
images, it doesn't help.
So the search continues....
