Yes, those folks that work at amusement parks and such pretending to be 
statues! It makes it even creepier. And explains how they moved so fast.
The 
one scene where the statue changes from looking at Sally to having her
face 
covered? Not CGI. Not effects. Just a creepy statue-like creature.
