What sort of person are you?

During these discussions on Blade Runner with my friend, I was defining the

Blade Runner fan as someone who enjoys investigation and theorising.  Is 
that true about you?  I see my friend as a do'er, a man to finish off 
projects.  Identify the problem, find the solution, draw a line under it 
and move on, and I think that is the reason why he is not getting Blade 
Runner, as he is never going to be able to do what he does best.

Does my theory hold any water?
