I watched a rough "screener" version of AvP: Requiem some while ago.
Didn't 
like it all that much, and mind you I DID like AvP 1. Placing a movie like

this in suburbia with teenagers running around - it just feels cheap to
me. 
What's next - Freddy vs. Alien?

Never heard of the other movie you mention. I'll check it out.
