The esper gives him a picture of Zora with the s**** tatoo on her
neck, along with the s**** scale he find's at Leon's helps him tie the
two clue's together. When he find's the s**** scale he doesn't know it
belongs to Zora....Remember, he's trying to track them down, every
clue helps, without the esper scene we dont know who that scale
belongs to.
