I'd be quite happy with a USB key that used something like the
thermal noise from a diode to generate true random numbers, that
I could then use to create one-time pads.

Proper cryptography keys never get used more than once. [grin]

(And, a record is kept of when they were used, where they were
used, by (allegedly) who, and why...)
