You can't ban someone from a usenet group, because usenet has no central 
server. (It's like Skynet in that way. And the fact that the usenet cabal 
wants to take over the world)
Learn how to use killfiles, and if you're lucky your news client should 
have an option to block posts that are crossposted to n number of groups.

I also think some newsreaders (Gravity?) allow you to apply reverse 
filters: i.e. only let messages from these people in, instead of keeping 
other people out. This group is small enough to make that work, I think...
