I think you seriously need to get over yourself. The fact is, YOU are
the one who is closely monitoring everyone else's posts.
If anyone posts something to the newsgroup that you consider odd, you
take it upon yourself to dredge up every post that person has ever made
on USENET from google and then post a list of them to RMC. I have seen
you take posts that people have made, to OTHER newsgroups, and turn
around and repost them in RMC.
Have you any concept of proper netiquette? I was completely shocked the
other day, after reading some of your posts, to find out that you have
been a frequent USENET poster for almost a decade. Your act like
someone who just found out what usenet is, or even worse someone who
thinks "google groups" and usenet are the same thing.
Here is some news for you. Usenet and google groups are not the same
thing, just as dejanews.com and usenet were never the same thing. Some
people would like to be able to participate in a USENET discussion
without every single word being preserved into perpetuity. That is why
people adopted the use of the X-No-Archive: YES header.
I've seen you take posts in which the author used the X-No-Archive
header, and turn around and repost the entire article making a point to
include all the headers, address and so on. Did you ever consider the
fact that someone who uses a no archive header would probably prefer
that you didn't turn around and repost their entire article back to
usenet, complete with their name and email address? You are
guaranteeing that their article is archived despite their wishes.
Did it ever occur to you that some people would prefer that you not
find take articles, posted to completely different newsgroups, and turn
around and post the entire thing to rec.music.christian?
Did it ever occur to you that it might annoy people just a little bit
when you insist on top posting every reply, which is a complete
violation of commonly accepted usenet etiquette?
Did it ever occur to you that nobody gives a FLYING FUCK about whatever
evidently happened between you and some lame CCM artist in a chatroom
a decade or so ago.
PLEASE EXPLAIN
Do me a favor. Get a real usenet reader and add me to your ignore list.
Please PLONK me ASAP. I would like to be able to engage in a discussion
on R.M.C. without getting stalked by some obsessive asshole seriously
in need of a decent SSRI prescription. I want to be plonked.
As I said before. YOU are the one closely monitoring everyone's posts.
YOU are the one harrassing people.
YOU are the one who is stalking people!
Plonk me.
Plonk me now.
