Oh don't worry

When billions of people are starving to death an initiative to use nuclear

power and electric cars exclusively will be made - and we can whip this 
planet back into shape in like 500 years assuming we don't kill all the
sea 
algae.

We might wipe ourselves out . . or virtually wipe ourselves out . . but 
plants go nuts with like 4 percent CO2 - so there will still be a
planetary 
comeback.

I still global taxation of greenhouse emissions is the best way to go -
all 
combustibles are taxed at 1 USD per 1 LB of CO2 emission or approximately
20 
USD per gallon of fuel.   (About 4 Euro per litre of fuel)  Then all the 
funds gathered could be used to fund projects to eliminate CO2 from the 
atmosphere (massive tree planting, nuclear powered CO2 extraction . .etc) 
It might require some sort of taxation of stock piles - I'm not sure how
bad 
the stockpiling problem would be.

With financial incentive like that we would see electrical airplanes, 
electrical cars take off - while not specifically "denying" the right of 
anyone to maintain and use their legacy gas guzzling appliances.

We introduce the tax over the course of 5 years incrementing evenly every
4 
months or something.

Perfect solution! Currently nuclear power seems to be the only viable
option 
capable of saving us.
